Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Mama Va’s Creations.
If you are not satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:
 
Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
 

Items must be:
•    Unworn and unused
•    In original condition
•    In original packaging
 
Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
•    Earrings / jewellery (if applicable)
•    Personal care products (e.g. lotions, oils)
 
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
 
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
 
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve this promptly.
